Debra Poole was born on March 22, 1955, in Madisonville, Kentucky, to the late Richard Collins and L.V. Rager. She received her education through the Hopkins County School District.

On Thursday, October 22, 2026, Debra peacefully took her final breath and departed this earthly life, leaving behind cherished memories in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Debra  was an avid fisher who enjoyed spending time by the water, casting her line and enjoying the peacefulness of the outdoors. She also loved watching NASCAR races on television and, above all, treasured the time she spent with her family. These special moments brought her happiness and created lasting memories for those closest to her.

Debra was preceded in death by her loving parents, Richard Collins and L.V. Rager.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Donna Melton; one son; her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and dear friends whose lives were touched by her presence.

Although Debra's earthly journey has come to an end, the love she shared, the memories she created, and the special moments spent with family and friends will remain in their hearts forever.
